Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items and gift card sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging 
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To start a return, please contact us at hello@signaturestamps.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your product is defective or damaged during shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases i.e. a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship the item back using a carrier of your choice. We advise you to obtain proof of postage.
