Four Mr. Happy postage stamps smile at you from this delightful picture. 

Written and illustrated by Roger Hargreaves, the Mr Men and Little Miss series saw its 45th anniversary in 2016. Royal Mail issued a set of stamps of the 10 most popular characters to celebrate it.

There is an official Royal Mail post mark at the centre of the picture featuring Mr. Tickle's arms and the date of issue, which was 20th October 2016.

The one I have for sale is edition number 9 out of 1995. (Please note this is different edition number to the one photographed). 

It would make a wonderful gift for yourself, a child or your very own Mr. Happy!

The frame is white and measures approx. 22cm x 22cm. It has a kickstand on the back and hanging hardware. PLEASE NOTE: Premium acrylic styrene is used in the frame instead of glass due its lighter weight and clarity. 

It is a brand new, unopened item and is in its original packaging. This was not framed by Signature Stamps.
